Born in Turkey, Charles's early years were shaped by a passion for football, including a brief period with Bakırköyspor. This early discipline laid a foundation for his future career.

His journey continued in London, where he moved to study at Burlington School & London Business School. This period marked a pivotal transition, setting the stage for his entry into the dynamic world of hospitality.

Charles honed his craft at Pelican Group - Café Rouge, progressing through restaurant operations, management, and recruitment.

He was instrumental in 21 new site openings, coordinating teams and systems across multiple locations.
